Setting up Default Watchers

You can set the default watchers of your private appointments.
For example, if you have any intended watchers of your appointments, such as the members of the same department or your supervisors, you can set them as default watchers.
If the system administrator has set the default watchers of your private appointments, then you can change the watchers as you like.

  1. Click the "User name" in the header.

  2. Click "Personal settings".

  3. Select the "Setting of each application" tab.

  4. Click "Scheduler".

  5. Click the list of default watchers.

  6. On "Default watchers list" screen, click "Add".

  7. On the "Add default watchers" screen, select the users or organizations that you want to add to the default watchers list, and click "Add".

    You can search users using keywords.
    You can select the roles as the default watchers, if the system administrator has allowed users to select roles.

  8. Confirm your settings and click "Add".
