After you terminate the trial or cybozu.com under subscription contract, delete the cybozu.com Store accounts.

1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.
   Logging In to cybozu.com Store

2. Click Services License.
   

3. Check if there is any ongoing trial or cybozu.com under subscription contract.
   

4. Terminate all cybozu.com.

5. Delete all cybozu.com Store Administrators except the one you are using.
   To Delete Accounts of Other Administrators

6. Click Accounts.
   

7. Click Close Account and delete your account.
