This page describes how to increase the number of licensed users.

1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.
   Logging In to cybozu.com Store

2. In the Services License screen, click Plan Renewal.
   

3. In the Domain section, select your domain.
   If you have multiple domains under contract, click the dropdown menu to select the domain.
   

4. In the Select services to order section, select a service for which you want to increase the number of licensed users.

5. Enter the number of users you want to change.
   
   If a dropdown list is displayed in the License field, select No extension.
   

6. Change the customer information, if necessary.

7. Change the payment method, if necessary.

8. Review the information you entered and click Verify Order Details.

9. In the Confirmation column, enter the characters displayed in the image.
   

10. Check the terms and click Agree and Submit Order.
    You will receive a notification email upon completion of the process.
