This page describes how to increase the number of licensed users.

1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.

2. In the "Services License" screen, click Plan Renewal.
   

3. In the "Domain" section, select a domain of which you want to increase the number of licensed users.
   If you have multiple domains under contract, click the dropdown menu to select the domain.
   

4. In the "Select services to order" section, select a service for which you want to increase the number of licensed users, and enter the number of users.
   

   

   If a dropdown list is displayed in the "License" field, select "No extension".
   

5. Change the customer information, if necessary.

6. Change the payment method, if necessary.
   

7. Review the information you entered and click Verify Order Details.

8. In the "Confirmation" column, enter the characters displayed in the image.
   

9. Check the terms and click Agree and Submit Order.
   You will receive a notification e-mail upon completion of the process.
