This section describes the role of cybozu.com Store Administrators and the steps to add them.

The tasks of cybozu.com Store Administrators include ordering services, changing the license details, configuring IP address restrictions and Basic authentication, and adding domains.

An account that is used to sign up for the trial in cybozu.com Store will be automatically configured as both of the following administrators.

• cybozu.com Store Administrator
• Administrators

By default, only one person is configured for each type of administrator above.
If the only administrator leaves the company or is transferred to a different department, no one will be able to access the administration screen.
To avoid the situation where no one can log in, we recommend that you register multiple cybozu.com Store Administrators and multiple Administrators.

• The use of cybozu.com is not mandatory for cybozu.com Store Administrators.
  A user who does not use cybozu.com can be a cybozu.com Store Administrator.
• Separate users can be assigned for cybozu.com Store Administrators and Administrators.
• cybozu.com Store Administrators cannot log in to cybozu.com if they are not registered as cybozu.com users.

1. Existing Administrator Log in to cybozu.com Store.
   Logging In to cybozu.com Store

2. Existing Administrator Click Accounts.
   

3. Existing Administrator Click New Account.

4. Existing Administrator Enter the e-mail address of the user you want to add as an administrator, and click Invite.
   To specify multiple e-mail addresses, separate each address with a line break. An invitation e-mail is sent to the specified e-mail addresses.

5. Invited User Receives an invitation e-mail.
   

   Subject: [cybozu.com_Store] Your account has been added as an administrator

6. Invited User Access the URL indicated in the e-mail to log in.
   If it is the first login, the user needs to set a password.
   The step completes after the successful login.
