Changing Billing Address and E-mail Address

This page describes how to change the billing address and e-mail address when you subscribe the monthly service.
If you have multiple domains under your contract, the total amount will be charged.

We send billing-related content and billing notices to the billing email address.

When the Changes to the Billing Details Are Applied

The changes to the billing details are applied to the bill of the following month from the date you made such changes.
For example, if you make any changes to your billing details on February 15, a new billing address will be used for the bills starting in March.

Changing Billing Details

  1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.

  2. Click Services License.

  3. Click Change in the "Monthly Payment Method" section. Screenshot: "Change" is highlighted

  4. Enter new data in the fields under "Billing Information".
    You can add up to four e-mail addresses in the billing details. Screenshot: The fields under "Billing Information" are highlighted

  5. Click Save.

Adding a Notification Recipient of Billing Information

If you want to send billing information to multiple e-mail addresses, add e-mail addresses to the "E-mail (Sub)" field in the "Billing Details" section.
You can add up to four e-mail addresses in the billing details.

  1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.

  2. Click Services License.

  3. Clear the "Same as contact details" checkbox in "Billing Details".

  4. Enter the billing address, contact name, and e-mail.
    This information can be the same as "Contact Details".

  5. Enter the e-mail address(es) in "E-mail (Sub)".
    To specify multiple e-mail addresses, separate each address with a line break.

  6. Check the information you entered and click Save.
