This page describes how to change the subscription plan (Standard, Light, for example).

For information on when changes to your subscription plan will be reflected to cybozu.com and when new fees will be charged, refer to the following page.
License Information (Cloud Versions)

1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.

2. In the Services License screen, click Plan Renewal.
   

3. In the Domain section, select your domain.
   If you have multiple domains under contract, click the dropdown menu to select the domain.
   

4. Select the service whose subscription plan you want to change.

5. Select the desired license plan.

6. Change the customer information, if necessary.

7. Change the payment method, if necessary.

8. Review the information you entered and click Verify Order Details.

9. In the Confirmation column, enter the characters displayed in the image.
   

10. Check the terms and click Agree and Submit Order.
    You will receive a notification email upon completion of the process.

You cannot downgrade your subscription plan during the service period.
Change the subscription plan when you renew your license.

The subscription plan for guest users is determined by the subscription plan of kintone.
Changing the subscription plan of kintone will affect the prices for both kintone and the guest users.

Depending on the service, you may not be able to purchase some services or optional services within the same domain.
