This section describes how to change the subscription plan (Standard, Light, for example).

1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.

2. Click Services License.
   

3. Click Plan Renewal.
   

4. In the "Domain" section, select the domain name for which you want to change the subscription plan.
   If you have multiple domains under contract, click the dropdown menu to select the domain.
   

5. Select the service whose subscription plan you want to change.

6. Select the desired license plan.

7. Change the customer information, if necessary.

8. Change the payment method, if necessary.
   

9. Review the information you entered and click Verify Order Details.

10. Check the terms and click Agree and Submit Order.
    You will receive a notification e-mail upon completion of the process.

You cannot downgrade your subscription plan during the service period.
Change the subscription plan when you renew your license.

The subscription plan for guest users is determined by the subscription plan of kintone.
Changing the subscription plan of kintone will affect the prices for both kintone and the guest users.
