This section describes how to renew your license for the annual service.

1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.

2. Click Services License.
   

3. Click Plan Renewal.
   

4. In the "Domain Name" section, select the domain for which you want to renew your contract.
   If you have multiple domains under contract, click the dropdown menu to select the domain.
   

5. In the license type section, select "Annual" and "1-year extension".
   

6. Change the number of licensed users and the subscription plan as necessary.
   

7. Change the customer information, if necessary.

8. Change the payment method, if necessary.
   

9. Review the information you entered and click Verify Order Details.

10. Check the terms and click Agree and Submit Order.
    The service period is extended approximately five minutes after the process is completed.
    You can continue using the service.

You can still renew your annual service up to 30 days after the service end date.
Your new service period after the renewal starts from the next day of the end date of the previous service period, and lasts for a year.
