This page describes how to renew your license for the annual service.

1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.

2. In the "Services License" screen, click Plan Renewal.
   

3. In the "Domain" section, select a domain of which you want to renew your license.
   If you have multiple domains under contract, click the dropdown menu to select the domain.
   

4. In the license type section, select "Annual" and "1-year extension".
   

5. Change the number of licensed users and the subscription plan as necessary.
   

6. Change the customer information, if necessary.

7. Change the payment method, if necessary.
   

8. Review the information you entered and click Verify Order Details.

9. In the "Confirmation" column, enter the characters displayed in the image.
   

10. Check the terms and click Agree and Submit Order.
    The service period is extended approximately five minutes after the process is completed.

You can still renew your annual service up to 30 days after the service end date.
Your new service period after the renewal starts from the next day of the end date of the previous service period, and lasts for a year.
