If you want to change the monthly service to the annual service, you need to renew your license.

1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.

2. In the Services License screen, click Plan Renewal.
   

3. In the Domain section, select your domain.
   If you have multiple domains under contract, click the dropdown menu to select the domain.
   

4. In the Select services to order section, select the service.

5. For Type, select Annual.
   

6. Change the customer information, if necessary.

7. Change the payment method, if necessary.

8. Review the information you entered and click Verify Order Details.

9. In the Confirmation column, enter the characters displayed in the image.
   

10. Check the terms and click Agree and Submit Order.
    The service period for the annual service is one year, starting on the first day of the following month of the date when you change your license from the monthly service to the annual service.
