If you want to change the monthly service to the annual service, you need to renew your license.

1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.
   Logging In to cybozu.com Store

2. In the "Services License" screen, click Plan Renewal.
   

3. In the "Domain" section, select a domain which you want to change to the annual service.
   If you have multiple domains under contract, click the dropdown menu to select the domain.
   

4. In the "Select services to order" section, select a service to purchase.
   

5. For "Type", select "Annual".
   

6. Change the customer information, if necessary.

7. Change the payment method, if necessary.
   

8. Review the information you entered and click Verify Order Details.

9. In the "Confirmation" column, enter the characters displayed in the image.
   

10. Check the terms and click Agree and Submit Order.
    You can continue using the service after the process is completed.
