This section describes how to reduce the number of licensed users of monthly services.

1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.
   Logging In to cybozu.com Store

2. Click Services License.
   

3. Click Plan Renewal.
   

4. In the "Domain" section, select the domain name for which you want to change the subscription plan.
   If you have multiple domains under contract, click the dropdown menu to select the domain.
   

5. In the "Select services to order" section, select a service for which you want to reduce the number of licensed users.

6. Enter the number of users you want to change.
   

7. Change the customer information, if necessary.

8. Change the payment method, if necessary.
   

9. Review the information you entered and click Verify Order Details.

10. Check the terms and click Agree and Submit Order.
    You will receive a notification e-mail upon completion of the process.
