This section describes how to delete accounts from cybozu.com Store.

1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.

2. Click Accounts.

3. Click Close Account on the right end of your account.
   You can click Close Account, although it appears to be greyed out.

4. Click Close This Account on the confirmation dialog box.
   A screen showing that the process has been completed is displayed.

3. Click Delete on the right end of the account to delete.
   You can click Delete, although it appears to be greyed out.

4. Click Delete on the confirmation dialog box.
   An e-mail notifying of the deletion is sent to both you, as the administrator who deleted the account, and to the administrator whose account was deleted.
