You can receive push notifications of Garoon updates if you use KUNAI.

You need to enable push notification settings in KUNAI to receive push notifications from Garoon.

The following sections describe the operations which trigger sending push notifications from Garoon for each application.

Notifications are sent when the following actions are performed.

• A space, in which the organization/role (to which you belong) or you are included as a member, is created.
• The organization/role (to which you belong) or you are added to members of the existing space.
• A discussion is created in the space where the organization/role (to which you belong) or you are included as a member.
• The following comments are posted to discussions or shared To-Dos.
  • Comments where you are specified as a recipient
  • Comments where the organization/role to which you belong is specified as a recipient

Notifications are sent when the following actions are performed.

• An appointment, of which you are included as an attendee, is added, edited, or deleted.
• A tentative appointment, of which you are included as an attendee, is created.
• Attendees send their responses to the appointment you have created.
• A facility usage request, which you should process, is submitted.
• The facility usage request you have submitted is processed.
• The following comments are posted to appointments.
  • Comments where you are specified as a recipient
  • Comments where the organization/role to which you belong is specified as a recipient

Notifications are sent when the following actions are performed.

• A message, of which you are included as a recipient, is created.
• You are added as a recipient of the existing message.
• The following comments are posted to messages.

  • Comments where the organization/role to which you belong is specified as a recipient

Notifications are sent when the following actions are performed.

• The following comments are posted to topics.
  • Comments where you are specified as a recipient
  • Comments where the organization/role to which you belong is specified as a recipient

Notifications are sent when the following actions are performed.

• A phone message to you is added.

Notifications are sent when the following actions are performed.

• A request you should process is submitted.
• The request you have submitted is rejected.
• A final approval step is completed for the request you have submitted.
• All processes are completed for the request you have submitted.
