Troubleshooting Problems in Microsoft Edge

Even if your Web browser is configured with settings recommended by Cybozu, Inc., problems such as inability to display product sites and broken layout might occur. This section describes how to troubleshoot such problems.

The assumed environment is as follows.

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro
  • Web browser: Microsoft Edge

STEP 1: Checking Your Web Browser Settings

Change the settings to those recommended by Cybozu, Inc..

If Using Microsoft Edge (Chromium)

  1. Start your Microsoft Edge.
  2. Click Settings, etc. icon, and then click History. Image of path to history

If Using a Legacy Microsoft Edge

  1. Start your Microsoft Edge.
