Troubleshooting iPhone Version of Safari

This section describes how to troubleshoot problems such as unavailability of product pages and display corruption, even after you have configured your Web browser with the settings recommended by Cybozu.

This section explains the scenario using iOS version 16.0 as an example.

STEP 1: Clearing Cookies and Cache Information

For details, refer to the Safari Help provided by Apple.
Apple Safari Help: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Tap Settings on the home screen, and then tap Safari.

  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

  3. Tap Clear History and Data.
    Clearing cookies and browsing data from Safari will not change your AutoFill information.
    Check that the problem is solved.
    If it is not solved, proceed to STEP 2.
    If this step solves the problem, skip STEP 2 and the subsequent steps.

STEP2: Disabling Private Browsing

For details, refer to the Safari Help provided by Apple.
Apple Safari Help: Turn Private Browsing on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

When private browsing is enabled on Safari for iPhone, the mobile view may not work correctly in the cloud version of Cybozu Office.
  1. Open Safari and tap the tab button at the bottom right of the screen.

  2. Tap Private to display "Tab Groups".

  3. Tap (number) Tabs.

  4. Tap Done.
