This section describes how to add or delete a client certificate issued by Cybozu to or from Safari for iPhone/iPad.
Adding Client Certificate
The following are steps to add a client certificate to Safari for iPhone/iPad.
Confirm that you can receive e-mails on your iPhone/iPad, and follow the steps below.

Obtain a client certificate and its password.
As for how to obtain them, refer to Installing Client Certificates on Devices.
If downloading a client certificate is prohibited, obtain it from your system administrator.- When using a client certificate for Remote Service:
Obtain a client certificate and its password from your system administrator.
Save the client certificate you obtained in any folder on the client PC.
- When using a client certificate for Remote Service:

Send the client certificate to your iPhone/iPad via e-mail.

Open the e-mail received on the iPhone/iPad, and tap the client certificate named "(your login name).pfx".

Tap Allow.

When the profile is downloaded, tap Close.

On the home screen, tap .

Tap General.

Tap VPN & Device Management.

Tap the relevant profile in "Profile Downloaded".

Tap Install.

Enter your passcode set on your iPhone/iPad.
A passcode is a sequence of numbers or characters to unlock your iPhone/iPad.- How to set up a passcode:

Go to Step 13.
- How to set up a passcode:

Tap Install on the warning screen.

Tap Install on the confirmation screen.

Enter the password for the client certificate obtained in Step 1.

Tap Next.

Tap Done.

Delete the following data for security reasons.
- From client PC:
Saved client certificates - From iPhone/iPad:
E-mail with the client certificate attached
- From client PC:

Start Safari and access the following URL.
https://(subdomain name).s.cybozu.com/- When using a client certificate for Remote Service:
You need to enter the Remote Service URL. For details, refer to how to access by specifying the URL in the Remote Server manual.
- When using a client certificate for Remote Service:
Replacing Client Certificate
Replace an existing client certificate with a new one.
- Obtain a new client certificate and its password from your system administrator.
- Delete the old client certificate.

Tap General.

Tap VPN & Device Management.

Tap the Profile to remove.

Tap Remove Profile.

Enter the passcode set on the device.

Tap Remove on the confirmation screen.
