Target Product: Garoon 6 or later

You may not be able to use the Cybozu product unless the necessary libraries for the Linux environment are installed.
Installing the RPM packages based on your OS also installs the necessary libraries for the Cybozu product.

For details on how to check and install RPM packages and the necessary RPM packages, refer to the following section.

Confirm whether or not the RPM packages are installed.

1. Execute the following command in the command line.

   yum -q list installed [RPM package name]

   Example:

   yum -q list installed libaio.x86_64

2. Confirm the search results.
   If the RPM package information appears in the search results, the RPM package is installed on your server.
   Example:

   Installed Packages
   libaio.x86_64 0.3.109-12.el7@anaconda-RedHatEnterpriseLinux-201009221801.x86_64

   If the following error message appears, the RPM package is not installed on your server.

   Error: No matching Packages to list

1. Execute the following command:

   yum install [RPM package name]

   Example:

   yum install libaio.x86_64

The list below shows the required RPM packages you need to install for the single-machine deployment or the DB-distributed deployment.
