Perform the following, and confirm whether the problem is solved.

In the Web browser where you have encountered the problem, clear cookies and cache information.

After performing the step above, try to upload or download files in the Web browser where you encountered the problem.
If the problem has been solved in STEP1, you do not need to perform the following steps.

Check if any cybozu.com restrictions apply.

If any of the restrictions apply, avoid the restriction and try to upload or download files again.
If the problem has been solved in STEP2, you do not need to perform the following steps.

Windows OS: Only when using Mozilla Firefox When downloading a file, save it to your device.

On the dialog that is displayed when downloading files, click Save rather than Open.
When you download files to your device, you can browse them without any problems.

If the problem persists or you are using another Web browser, proceed to STEP4.

Disable the security software temporarily on your device.

On the device where you encounter the problem, disable the security software.
Then, try to upload or download files.
If the problem has been solved, the cause of the problem may exist in the settings of the security software.
For details on the settings, contact the support of your security software.

If you identify the cause of the problem in STEP4, you do not need to perform the following steps.
If the cause cannot be identified, proceed to STEP5.

Check whether the trouble occurs on other devices.
Check whether you can upload or download files on other devices.
If the problem occurs only on a specific device, proceed to STEP6.
If the problem occurs on all devices you have checked, proceed to STEP7.
