Delete reports

Delete reports.
If you delete reports, the reports are also deleted from user screens.

Deleting Reports One by One

Delete reports one at a time.

Steps:
  1. Click the Administration menu icon (gear icon) in the header.

  2. Click System settings.

  3. Select "Application settings" tab.

  4. Click MultiReport.

  5. Click Manage reports.

  6. On "Manage reports" screen, select a category and select a report form.

  7. Click the subject of the report to delete.

  8. On the report details screen, click Delete.

  9. Click Yes on the screen to delete reports.

Deleting Multiple Reports in Bulk

Select reports to delete them at once.

Steps:
  1. Click the Administration menu icon (gear icon) in the header.

  2. Click System settings.

  3. Select "Application settings" tab.

  4. Click MultiReport.

  5. Click Manage reports.

  6. On "Manage reports" screen, select a category and select a report form.

  7. Select checkboxes for the reports to delete, and then click "Delete".

  8. Click Yes on the screen to delete reports.

Deleting All Data in a Report Form

Delete all reports using the same report form.

Steps:
  1. Click the Administration menu icon (gear icon) in the header.

  2. Click System settings.

  3. Select "Application settings" tab.

  4. Click MultiReport.

  5. Click Manage reports.

  6. On "Manage reports" screen, select a category and select a report form.

  7. Click the item to delete all data from a report form.

  8. Click Yes on the screen to delete all data in a report form.
