You can change the user profile.

1. Click the Administration menu icon (gear icon) in the header.

2. Click Users & System Administration.

   

3. In Users & System Administration, you can change user information.

   For details, refer to the Edit user profile.

You can change the organizations users belong to. Users can belong to multiple organizations.
If a user belongs to more than one organization, you also set the priority organization.

2. Click Users & System Administration.

   

3. In Users & System Administration, change the organization (department) to which the user belongs.
