The operational administrative privileges are the privileges that the operational administrators have for their applications, and with these privileges, they can configure various settings on their applications. For example, the operational administrators of the Bulletin Board have privileges to add new categories and configure access permissions.
The administrators of each application are assigned either by the system administrators or the application administrators. For details, refer to Setting up Operational Administrators.
