To receive e-mail notifications, select "Active" for the Workflow e-mail notifications under Personal Settings. For details, refer to Setting Up E-Mail Notifications.

If you cannot find the configuration items on the "E-mail notification settings" screen, the system administrators must configure some settings. For details, refer to For E-Mail Notifications of Workflow.
