Adding, Changing, or Deleting cybozu.com Store Administrators

You can add, change, or delete cybozu.com Store administrators.
You can assign multiple administrators to prepare for the case where any of them retires or transfers.

Adding cybozu.com Store Administrators

Log in to cybozu.com Store, click "Accounts", and then click "Add Administrators".

Add the E-mail address of the administrator you want to add to the "Account" section, and click Add.

Invited administrator receives an E-mail notifying that the administrator was added as a cybozu.com Store administrator. Access the URL shown in the E-mail, and set a password. This URL expires after three days.

Changing cybozu.com Store Administrators

There is no menu to change administrators in cybozu.com Store.
If you want to change the administrator, create an account for a new administrator, and then delete the account for the old administrator.

To add a new administrator, log in to cybozu.com Store, click "Accounts", and then click "Add Administrators".

After creating a new administrator, delete the account for the old administrator. The next section describes the procedure to delete the administrator.

Deleting cybozu.com Store Administrators

Log in to cybozu.com Store, and select "Accounts".
Click Delete to the right of the account that you want to delete. Although Delete is grayed out, you can still click it.
If you click Delete in the confirmation dialog, that administrator is deleted.
