Is It Possible to Set Permissions for Fields in Bulk?

You can set permissions for multiple fields at one time, by using a Group field.

The steps are as follows.

  1. Open the app setting screen and add a Group field in the Form tab.

  2. Place fields for which you want to set permissions at one time in the Group field. Image

  3. Click "Save Form" on the upper left of the screen.

  4. Then, set permissions.
    Select "Settings", and then click Fields under "Permissions".

  5. Click Add and then specify the Group field to set permissions.
    Example

    John Jones [✔] View [✔] Edit
    Everyone [  ] View [  ] Edit
    In this example, John Jones can view/edit the fields which are placed in the Group field. Other users cannot view/edit them.

  6. Set permissions for other fields as necessary, and save them.

  7. Click Update App on the upper right of the screen, and then click OK.
