You can group fields by placing them in Group fields.
You can toggle to show or hide the grouped fields in Record Details screen for each group. If a form has too many fields, you can hide some of them to organize the appearance.
You can place less used fields in a Group field and hide it to simplify the appearance if a form has too many fields.
In addition, you can set permissions to the Group field to grant the same permissions to the fields in the group at the same time.

Setting Options for Group Fields
- Field Name
Specifies a label for the Group field.
- Hide field name
Hides the field names on the screen to set forms and the screens to add, edit, enter details of, and print records.
- Default Value
Selects the default setting for show/hide.
- Field Code
A text string to identify the field. The field code is used in API requests. A value is assigned by the system automatically, but you can change it to any value. For details, see What Is a Field Code?
