In the on-premise version, the login method and some features differ from the cloud version.

Identifying Whether You Are Using the Cloud Version or On-Premise Version

  1. Check the URL on your login screen.

  2. Check if the URL contains "cybozu.com" or not.

    • If it contains "cybozu.com"
      You are using a cloud version.
    • If it does not contain "cybozu.com"
      You are using the on-premise version.
