Unable to Log in - For Users of On-Premise Version

The following products have two versions - cloud and on-premise.

  • Garoon
  • Cybozu Office
  • Mailwise

If you are using an on-premise version, how to troubleshoot the login problem is different from the solution used for the cloud version.
Firstly, check if your Cybozu product is the on-premise version or not.

Checking if the Product Is an On-Premise Version or Not

  1. Check the URL on your login screen.

  2. Check if the URL contains "cybozu.com" or not.

    • If it contains "cybozu.com"
      You are using a cloud version.
    • If it does not contain "cybozu.com"
      You are using an on-premise version.
  3. If you are using an on-premise version, refer to the help document for the on-premise version.
