You can check the license details of cybozu.com you have purchased, the number of user accounts that are currently in use, and the data usage in Service Usage.

1. Click the gear-shaped menu button in the header.

2. Click Users & System Administration.

Current

The number of users set for each service in Administration.

Limit

The number of user licenses you have purchased.

Current

The amount of disk currently used.
When you are using multiple services, the total amount of disk usage is displayed.

Limit

The maximum limit of disk capacity.

When the amount of disk currently used exceeds the limit, a warning message is displayed on the Administration screen.

When the data usage exceeds the limit, an e-mail notification is sent to cybozu.com Store administrators. The warning e-mail will be sent every day and cannot be stopped until the issue is resolved. Reduce the data usage or purchase the additional storage option.
