When both of the following items are set, you can receive the notification of the phone message to you by e-mail.

• System Mail Account
  Your system administrator configures this.
  This e-mail account is used as sender of e-mail notifications.

• E-mail address to receive notifications:
  Users set up this address in their personal settings.
  For details, refer to e-mail forwarding settings in the phone messages.
