If you change your kintone license plan, the price to be charged varies depending on your current license type, such as Monthly Service or Annual Service.
This page describes how much you will be charged when you have purchased kintone licenses directly from Cybozu.
If you purchased your license from your partner (distributor), contact your distributor to ask for the information about the billing details and whether you can change the current license type or not.

If you order the license plan change, the price for the new license plan will be charged on the first day of the next month.

• Example of license upgrade
  If you order the license upgrade from the Lite license plan to the Standard license plan on October 10, the price of the Standard license plan will be charged from November.
  You can start using the service in the Standard license plan right after you have ordered your license upgrade.

• Example of license downgrade
  If you order the license downgrade from the Standard license plan to the Lite license plan on October 10, the subscription fee for the Lite license plan will be charged from November.
  You will be able to use the service in the Lite license plan from the first day of the next month, which is the same timing as when the price of the new license plan is applied.

During the current license period, you can only upgrade the license plan.
If you upgrade your license plan before expiration, you need to purchase the upgraded license plan for the number of current licensed users and for remaining months until the end of the current license period.

• Cost calculation:
  Number of remaining months x Price of License Plan Upgrade x Number of licensed users

• Example of cost calculation:
  This example assumes that you currently have the kintone Lite license for ten users and the license will expire on December 31.
  If you upgrade the license plan on June 15 during the current license period, the upgrade cost will be calculated as follows.
