The AI Search feature lets you create AI chatbots that generate responses to user prompts based on data in your kintone apps.

Users can ask questions or give instructions to AI Search chatbots using either of the following two methods.

• Manually enter a question or instruction
  When a user enters a question or instruction into the AI Search chatbot and sends it, the chatbot will generate an answer.
• Use a prompt button
  When a user clicks one of the buttons displayed on the AI Search chatbot, the chatbot will generate an answer based on the prepared prompt.
  Prompt buttons need to be set in advance by a kintone administrator.

When a prompt is sent using either of the methods above, a reply will be generated with up to five of the most relevant records listed under References.

1. Click the kintone AI icon at the top of kintone.

2. Click the name of the AI Search chatbot you want to use to open it.

3. Enter a question or instruction.
   You can enter up to 150 characters for a single prompt.

4. Click the Send button.

5. The AI Search chatbot will generate a response.
