A variety of AI features are available for use with kintone.
You can try out the newest features as soon as they're available with kintone AI Lab.

Terms of Use (Only available in Japanese)

You can use kintone AI Lab if you meet any of the following conditions.

• You have a Standard or Wide license plan
• You have a Standard license plan with the Academic License or the Government License
• You have a Team Support License plan

The kintone AI Lab service cannot be used in any of the following situations.

• You are using kintone during the free trial period
• You are subscribed to the Lite license plan
• You are using a developer license

The features available with the kintone AI Lab service are still in development and support is not currently offered for them.

As of April 2025, the kintone AI Lab service cannot be used with the mobile-optimized view on the mobile app or mobile web browsers. Please use the service with the desktop view in a PC web browser.
