If "Client Certificate" Does Not Appear

Provides solutions when client certificate information does not appear on the Profile screen.

If "Mobile Access" Does Not Appear

If "Mobile Access" screen does not appear, ask your administrator to issue a client certificate.

If "Client Certificate" Does Not Appear

If a client certificate is not displayed, one of the following causes could be the reason:

Cause 1: Download of Client Certificates Is Not Allowed

When administrators prevent users from downloading their client certificate, a client certificate and its password are not displayed in Profile.

  • When accessing via a Web browser
    Receive a client certificate and the password from your administrator, and register the client certificate.

  • When accessing from smartphone apps
    You cannot use Client Certificate Authentication unless your administrator permits you to download the client certificate. Ask your administrator to change the configuration. Screenshot: The client certificate and password are not displayed.

Cause 2: Client Certificate Has Expired

A message indicating the client certificate has expired is displayed in Profile.
Ask your administrator to re-issue the client certificate.
