Creating a Temporary Administrator Account

A temporary administrator account, that can be created in cybozu.com Store, is a type of the cybozu.com Administrators account.
You can create a temporary administrator account when you cannot access Administration for some reason - for example, because the administrator left the company or because the administrator account information was lost.

Steps

You can create a temporary administrator account in cybozu.com Store.

  1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.

  2. Under "Domains", click the "cybozu.com Administrators" tab.

  3. Enter a password for a temporary administrator account.

  4. Click Add.
    A notification email will be sent.

  5. Use the login name described in the email and the password that you set in step 4 to log in to cybozu.com.
