Creating a Temporary Administrator Account

A temporary administrator account, that can be created in cybozu.com Store, is a type of the Administrators account.
You can create a temporary administrator account when you cannot access Administration for some reason - for example, because the administrator left the company or because the administrator account information was lost.

Procedure

You can create a temporary administrator account in cybozu.com Store.

  1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.

  2. Under "Domains", click the "Administrators" tab.

  3. Enter a password for a temporary administrator account.

  4. Click Add.
    A notification e-mail will be sent.

  5. Use the login name described in the e-mail and the password that you set in step 4 to log in to cybozu.com.

When you create a temporary administrator account, the following e-mail will be sent to the cybozu.com Store administrator. In the e-mail, you can find the login name of the temporary administrator account.
