Setting 'Localized Name'

To display users' names on cybozu.com based on their respective display languages , set a "Localized Name".

If no "Localized Name" is set, the name set as "Display Name" will be displayed on cybozu.com.

Steps

  1. Click the gear-shaped menu button in the header.

  2. Click Users & System Administration.

  3. Click Departments & Users.

  4. In the search box, enter the display name or login name of the user to find the target user.
    You can also expand the department tree and select the target user.

  5. Click the Change button.

  6. In "Localized Name", enter the display name for the selected language.

  7. Click Save.
