Preparing Job Titles

This page describes how to register the changes of job titles in "Tentative Reorganization".

Screen to Prepare Job Titles

  1. Click the gear-shaped menu button in the header.

  2. Click Users & System Administration.

  3. Click Tentative Reorganization. Screenshot: "Tentative Reorganization" is highlighted

  4. Click Job Titles.

Adding Job Titles

  1. Display the screen to prepare job titles.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Enter the values such as job title and job title code.

  4. Click Save.

Changing Job Titles of Users

  1. Display the screen to prepare users.

  2. In the "Department(s)" section, click the tree icon to select the desired department.

  3. Click the job title dropdown list, and select the target job title.
    You can select one job title per department.

  4. Click Save.

Changing Job Title Information

  1. Display the screen to prepare job titles.

  2. Click the Change button.

  3. Change the job title information.

  4. Click Save.

Changing the Display Order of Job Titles

  1. Display the screen to prepare job titles.

  2. Click Reorder.

  3. Change the display order of job titles by drag-and-drop.

  4. Click Save.

Deleting Job Titles

  1. Display the screen to prepare job titles.

  2. Click the Change button.

  3. Click Delete Job Title.

  4. Click Delete on the confirmation screen.
