Changing department information

This page describes the steps to change the department information, including the names and hierarchical structure of the departments.

Steps

  1. Click the gear-shaped menu button in the header.

  2. Click Users & System Administration.

  3. Click Departments & users.

  4. On the department whose information you want to change, click the gear-shaped icon.

  5. Click Change department information.

  6. Change the department information.

  7. Click Save.

When department information cannot be changed

When pre-registered data already exists in Tentative reorganization, department information cannot be changed.
