Changing the Customer Profile

You must change the customer profile by yourself when any change has occurred as to the company name, contact name, phone number, E-mail address, etc. You can change the customer profile through cybozu.com Store or the Users & System Administration screen.

Changing through cybozu.com Store

As a cybozu.com Store administrator, log in to cybozu.com Store, select "Company information", and then select Edit.

Changing through the Users & System Administration Screen

Open the Users & System Administration screen as a user with administrative privilege, and select "Service Usage" -> "Payment Details" -> "Edit".
 If you do not see the "Payment Details", change the profile through cybozu.com Store.
