Unable to Access Due To Client Certificate Error

When you try to access an URL that requires client certificate authentication (https://subdomain name.s.cybozu.com/), an error message "A client certificate is required for access. Code: 496 No Cert" might be displayed

  2. Reboot your Web browser.

  3. Depending on your Web browser, do either of the followings.
