Filtering Records for the Next Month

You can specify conditions for a "Date" field or a "Date and Time" field to display only the records for the next month.
It is useful when you want to filter projects that are scheduled to be completed in the next month, and check their progresses or billing amounts.

In this example, records are filtered using the condition "from the first date to the end date of next month" or "from 25th this month to 24th next month".

In this example, specify the completion date in the Date field as the filter condition.

From the First Date to the End Date of Next Month

Select a field to which condition is to be applied, and then specify filter condition as follows.

  • Field: Completion date (Date field)
  • Conditions: "= (equals to)", "Next month", "All"

Click Apply.

From 25th This Month to 24th Next Month

In this case, multiple filter conditions are specified.
When you want to specify multiple filter conditions, add fields by clicking the Add icon (the plus sign-shaped icon) at the bottom of the Filter section.
Refer to Displaying Records Which Meet Multiple Conditions.

Select a field to which condition is to be applied, and then specify filter condition as follows.

  • Field: Completion date (Date field)
  • Conditions: "≧ (on or after)", "This month", "25"
  • Conditions: "≦ (on or before)", "Next month", "24"
  • Select "All conditions are met".

Click Apply.
