You can display a list of apps you have added to your Favorites by selecting Favorite Apps in the Apps section on Portal or the Quick Access Menu. Apps in this list can also be arranged in your order of preference. For instance, you can move the most frequently used ones to the top of the list for easier access.
Note that, apps you have newly added to your Favorites are added to the bottom of the Favorite Apps list.
The following are the steps to reorder apps in the Favorite Apps list.
On Portal, click the drop-down list in the Apps section, and then click Edit at the right of Favorite Apps.
The "Settings for 'Favorite Apps'" dialog will appear.
Drag and drop the arrow icon at the left of each app to reorder the apps, then click Save.
