Allowing/Disallowing Notifications on Mobile Devices (for iOS)

The Kintone Mobile app can send push notifications when kintone detects a "To Me" notification, which mentions you. You can choose in your mobile device's settings whether to receive push notifications for "To Me" notifications. By default, the settings are configured so that you will receive push notifications.

This page describes which iPhone settings you should check on your mobile device when you are not receiving any push notifications and how to stop push notifications.

When You Do Not Receive Any Push Notifications

If you are not receiving any push notifications for your "To Me" notifications, check your iPhone/iPad settings on how the app sends push notifications.
The settings screen may vary depending on your device model and the version of iOS you are using.

  1. On iOS, open Settings and tap Notifications.

  3. Turn on all switches shown below. Image

To Stop Push Notifications

To stop or change how the push notifications are displayed, configure your iPhone/iPad settings as follows:
