Use the app settings page to add a view of records.
Follow the steps below.
STEP 1: Set a View Name
Click Settings in the upper right of the record list screen of the app.
If you do not have the management permission for the app, the Settings menu does not appear.
Opening App Settings Page
Click the "Views" tab.
Click the button to create a view.
Enter the view name in "View Name".
Proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2: Select a Display Format for the View
Specify the display format with "Visible Fields and Column Order". When the display format is configured, proceed to Step 3.
Drag and drop the fields to be displayed in the "Record List" screen from the left pane to the right pane. You can add one field at a time.
The fields in the right pane are displayed in the "View" screen in order in the pane.
Select the field in which a date that is used to display a record is to be specified.
Records are displayed in Calendar based on the date or the date and time entered in the field.
Select the field to be used to display a title on the calendar.
- Use This View in:
Select Both Desktop and Mobile-optimized views or Desktop view only.
- View ID:
Displays the auto-assigned ID of the list.
- Enable pagination:
Shows or hides the pagination.
By default, Enable pagination is selected and the pagination appears. If the Enable pagination is selected, the system retrieves record information when the custom view appears.
If you deselect the check box, the record information cannot be retrieved from the event object at showing the record list.

Use HTML5 to write HTML codes for the view.

STEP 3: Set Filter for the View
Filter the records to be displayed in the record view, as necessary.

STEP 4: Save View Settings
Click "Save" on the upper left side of the screen.
Click "Update App" on the upper right side of the screen.
