When you sign up a free trial from the kintone product site, you will receive a welcome e-mail in HTML format. The e-mail contains a URL to access your trial environment.
If you have configured not to receive e-mails in HTML format or e-mails containing URLs, you cannot receive the welcome e-mail. Modify your e-mail settings or specify a different e-mail address, then sign up for a free trial again.
Please also check whether the welcome e-mail is treated as a spam or not. The e-mail will be sent from the following e-mail address:
