I have reduced the number of user licenses or downgraded to a lower license plan but the change is not reflected on the "Service Usage" screen

If you have purchased the service directly from Cybozu, Inc., your subscription details on the "Services License" screen in cybozu.com Store or on the "Service Usage" screen in Users & System Administration are updated at the same time as your new subscription is applied to the service.
