Prohibiting Users from Changing Profiles

Users & System Administrators can allow or prohibit users to change their profiles for each field including the "Name" field and the "Login name" field.

1. As a user with Users & System Administration permission, open the "Users & System Administration" screen and click Departments and Users.
   

2. Click Profile Settings, and select fields for which you allow users to change the setting in the "Permission to Edit Profile" screen.

3. Click "Save".
