How to Contact Us
If any error occurs while using kintone and you cannot fix that error, you can click the help icon
on the upper right of kintone screen and then click "Contact Us", to contact our technical center.
You can contact us only when you are logged in as a Users & System Administrator.
- Our technical support is available from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:30 (Except for national holidays and New Year holidays)
Please give us the necessary information as described below, when contacting us.
- Error Message
- Does that error occur to multiple users or to a certain user?
- Does that error occur in multiple applications or in a certain application?
- When did that error occur for the first time?
- Steps to reproduce that error
