When specifying "contains/does not contain" condition when you perform Search All Contents/Search in App/Search in Space, you need to keep in mind the following.

  • When you want to search for a string that consists of only alphanumeric characters, you cannot perform the partial match search. You need to specify the search string that exactly matches what you are looking for.
  • When you want to search for a string that consists of more than two Japanese characters, you cannot find what you are looking for by specifying only one Japanese character. You need to specify more than two Japanese characters as a search string.
  • When you want to search for a string that consists of alphanumeric characters and more than two Japanese characters (for example, "ロッカー100番の鍵"), you need to specify one of the following as a search string.
    • A string that exactly matches alphanumeric characters (for example, "100")
    • A string that consists of more than two Japanese characters (for example, "番の")
    • A concatenated string of "A string that exactly matches alphanumeric characters" and "A string that consists of more than two Japanese characters" (for example, "100番の")
