If you cannot upload or download files, it may be caused by the Web browser or PC you are using.

Carry out the following actions and see if the problem is solved.

  • Refer to the following link and check if there are restrictions related to using cybozu.com on your Web browser.
    Restrictions (Only available in Japanese)

  • If you are using Mozilla Firefox on a Windows OS client, select the option to save the file instead of the option to open it when downloading a file.

  • Temporarily disable the security software running on your device.

  • Try uploading or downloading on a different device.

  • Try uploading or downloading on a different Web browser.

If the Problem Is not Solved

If the problem persists after you have tried the actions described in the Points to Check section, please contact Customer Support. For details, refer to Contacting Customer Support.

When you contact Customer Support, please provide information about what happened when you tried the actions described in the Points to Check section, as well as the following:

  • Any error messages you encountered when uploading or downloading a file
  • Whether the upload or download action cannot be done for a particular file
  • Name and size of the file in question
  • At which timing the problem occurs
  • On which applications the problem occurs
  • Which users are experiencing the problem
  • The time when the problem started to occur, and actions you performed before and after the first occurrence of the problem
