Refer to "Changing the Display Order of Users"
Rules to Distinguish Input String
- Dull sound and semi-dull sound are not distinguished.
- Half-width character and full-width character (Japanese characters, alphanumeric characters, symbols) are not distinguished.
- Hiragana and katakana are not distinguished.
For example, if a department name is specified in katakana which includes dull/semi-dull sound, you can mention that name in hiragana without dull/semi-dull sound to display candidates.
However, if the name is specified in "half-width katakana + voiced sound mark/semi-voiced sound mark", you need to enter half-width katakana including voiced sound mark/semi-voiced sound mark to display candidates. If you enter full-width hiragana/katakana in such case, mention candidates are not displayed.
