The home page of your kintone environment is called your "portal". It serves as your entry point for kintone.
By compiling relevant information and links, a portal can be used as the starting point for a team or project.

A kintone portal can be used to:

• Access apps and spaces
• Use the Announcement section as a dashboard for sharing information with other members
• Check notifications

You can also create portals in addition to the preset portal. The contents and layouts of these additional portals can be configured using widgets.
Tailoring separate portals for certain groups of users makes it easier for them to access the information they need.
