Opening the Users & System Administration Screen

Users & System Administration provides a one-stop location to manage settings that are shared among Users & System services, including users, departments, and security settings.

This action can be performed only by Users & System Administrators.

Example of configurable options:

  • Add/delete departments or users
  • Configure services for users to use
  • View and download audit logs
  • Configure security on login and restrict permissions
  • Issue client certificates
  • Contact support

To open Users & System Administration, click the Settings icon (the gear-shaped icon at the top of kintone), then click Users & System Administration.
