Downloading the Apps List in CSV Format

Users & System Administrators can download a list of apps in CSV format (UTF-8 with BOM) from the "App Management" screen.

The list of apps in CSV format can be used to keep a record of the apps that currently exist at any given point, analyze the usage of apps, and as a reference for organizing or deleting apps.

Clicking Download in CSV format downloads a CSV file with a list of apps sorted by App ID in ascending order.

Note that the information in the file you download will vary depending on your environment and license plan.

Note

Even if you download the file while the Apps section is displaying only the apps you created, the downloaded file contains all the apps for which you have management permission.
If an app is not yet activated, the "App URL" column for the row of the app is left blank.
If an app does not belong to any space, the "Space Where App Belongs To" and "URL of Space Where App Belongs To" columns for the row of the app are left blank.
The values for the "Last Updated Date of Record" column are exported in the "yyyy-MM-dd" format. However, if (No data) is displayed in the Last Updated Date of Record column for an app on the "App Management" screen, the corresponding column in the downloaded file is left blank.
The values for the "Created Datetime" and "Settings: Updated Datetime" columns are displayed in accordance with your time zone and in the "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm" format (24-hour clock format).
